Stop Seeing Money as Your Objective, It Is Only a Tool to Obtain freedom
Money is worthless if you have nothing to spend it on
Money is the thing that divides all of the people in the world, your social status is decided by the amount of money that you have. When you have a lot of money, you can achieve anything and without it, you can’t.
Don’t forget, money is only a tool.
When we’re young, we want to spend a lot of money on things we don’t really need — new phones, junk food, and who knows how much else. But, unfortunately, it’s not like we’re putting that money to good use in any way. Only now have I realized that, in the end, money is useless if it is spent on things that aren’t important to you.
This is something I’ve done in the past, but when money becomes the end goal of your life rather than a tool to accomplish your objectives, you will never be free and will be consumed by thoughts of obtaining and having money.
The definition of money by Oxford Languages is as following:
“a current medium of exchange in the form of coins and banknotes; coins and banknotes collectively.”
The term current stands out to me in this phrase because it suggests that the form of money will most likely change at some point in the future.
