I’ve read Atomic Habits by James Clear. In this bestselling book, he describes the phenomenon of compounding success. Just like with financial investment, you only need multiple small successes to in the end gain massive results.
For example, if you’d want to wake up a 5 am. It’s incredibly difficult to alter your sleeping pattern. But slightly adjusting your daily routines can be done quite easily. Waking up 5 minutes earlier each day is much easier than shifting from 8–9 a.m. to 5 a.m. That’s the compound effect.
